KINGS & PRIESTS uses authentic stones, cultural beads, crystal, natural fibers such as linen and silk cord, fine leather and fine metal wire in the production of all jewelry. 

JEWELRY CARE 

Each piece of KINGS & PRIESTS jewelry is created with the utmost of care. Our beaded bracelets are made from the highest quality materials. Proper care and use of your KINGS & PRIESTS beaded bracelet should include "rolling" the bracelet on or off your wrist, rather than pulling or stretching the bracelet for wear. Unnecessary pulling or tugging on the bracelet could weaken the elastic cord over time and should be avoided. Rolling your bracelet on will ensure the longevity and integrity of your bracelet over time. 

Because we use natural materials in the production of our bracelets, they are particularly sensitive to lotions and perfumes which can alter their state. It is best to exercise caution when wearing your bracelet by not exposing the piece to water, lotions, hairsprays or cleaning products and avoid wearing the bracelet while sleeping, exercising and showering to prolong its life and beauty. For cleaning, we recommend carefully wiping each bead with a soft, white cloth.

SIZING

Sizes of bracelets, necklaces and earrings are as listed in each item description. Our stretch bracelets are made to fit comfortably on an average size wrist. Sizes of stretch bracelets may vary depending on use of materials. Custom orders can be made upon request. Pricing will reflect changes in design and materials used. 

PACKAGING

All jewelry is packaged in a cotton pouch with company logo.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the company online store shopping cart. 

Most items are in stock but some are made to order.  If an item is in stock it will ship within 48 hours or by the next business day. If an item is back ordered the company will notify the customer within 48 hours with the time expectancy.

All orders are fulfilled upon completion of the payment transaction. A confirmation email of merchandise ordered will be sent thereafter.

Custom orders can be made upon request. Pricing will reflect changes in design and use of materials.

PAYMENT

Retail customers: We receive payment through our Pay Pal account only. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may choose to remit payment as a PayPal guest.

Wholesale customers: All orders can be placed directly via company email or phone order. We accept payment of cash, check or fund transfer through PayPal account. 

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. 

SHIPPING

All KINGS & PRIESTS items are shipped via USPS. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There are no returns on KINGS & PRIESTS items.  Any exchanges must be authorized prior to being returned and must contain the RA number issued after contacting info@houseofkingsandpriests.com for an exchange consultation. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value only and must occur within 2 weeks of original date of purchase. We do not accept exchanges on sale items.  

The exchanged item must be received in its original packaging and must be in perfect condition.  Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as USPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number for your record. The company is not responsible for any lost or damaged exchanges.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
